responsabilidades
- lead governance in a hyper-regulated, high-impact environment.
- build and elevate the company's entire compliance framework.
- oversee and continuously improve the risk management model, including risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation.
- ensure compliance with all applicable laws, internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and industry requirements.
- establish, formalize, and elevate corporate governance processes, policies, and decision-making structures.
- lead the organization's ethics and integrity program, including the whistleblowing channel and internal investigations.
- prepare and present executive-level compliance and risk reports for the ceo and board.
- develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies (anticorruption, conflicts of interest, data protection, internal controls, etc.).
- promote ethics, accountability, transparency, and responsible business practices.
- coordinate crisis management and ensure business continuity under a structured governance framework.
- serve as the primary advisor to senior leadership on all compliance and governance matters.
perfil buscado
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, governance, or similar roles.
- demonstrated experience as a compliance officer or equivalent leadership role.
- strong exposure to hyper-regulated industries (financial services, insurance, energy, health, etc.).
- proven ability to interact with and present to boards and executive committees.
- advanced english proficiency.
- strong ethical compass, strategic thinking, and the ability to build frameworks in organizations undergoing formalization or growth.
qué ofrecemos
- competitive monthly salary between $85,000 - $95,000 mxn gross.
