- supports various human resources processes at the unit/site. This is a well-grounded, middle seasoned level of human resources professional focusing on analysis, consulting and advice managers to achieve the hr and business strategy. This job exercises independent judgment based on both education and experience

- give advice and consulting to managers regarding the hr and business strategy.
- be a strategy partner to the business, proposing high impact projects to support strategic planning.
- collects and analyzes information/data to make appropriate decisions.
- participates in and/or leads projects to achieve the unit/site human resource strategic and tactical goals.
- supports a number of human resource processes/procedures in the major human resource areas such as employee relations, the human resource aspects of the unit strategic plan, compensation and benefits, talent planning, staffing and employee development, training and development, safety and health, legal compliance and employee communications.
- counsels and advises management on the interpretation of human resource /company policies and procedures.
