Job title: commercial sales support specialist
this role is responsible for providing sales support to commercial clients, ensuring timely and efficient processing of customer orders and queries.
key responsibilities:
* support the sales team with quoting, purchase order management, order entry, software licenses fulfillment, invoicing, and customer onboarding.
* utilize sfdc and cpq systems to assist sales personnel with quoting, purchase order review, and manage pos and invoicing on customer portals.
* communicate delivery dates to customers by coordinating with the factory on a regular basis.
* address and document customer requests and issues, ensuring prompt response and resolution from the field and various departments.
qualifications:
* proficient in english language skills and microsoft office applications, including outlook, word, excel, and powerpoint.
* minimum one year of experience working in a sales administration capacity (internship or formal job).
* desirable experience with sfdc, cpq, lx, navision, business central, and intacct erp systems.
