*key responsibilities*:1.
*transformation roadmap*:- define and implement a strategic roadmap for the ssc that encompasses team organization,specialization, and enhancements in accounting processes.
- oversee and drive initiatives for process optimization and automation to increase efficiencyand accuracy within the ssc.2.
*operational leadership*:- manage the daily operations of the ssc, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, andservice level agreements.
- monitor performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve operational excellence.3.
*team management and development*:- lead, mentor, and develop a diverse accounting team, fostering a culture of continuousimprovement, accountability, and collaboration.
- act as a role model, demonstrating professionalism, ethical behavior, and a commitment tohigh standards.4.

*qualifications*- *educational background*- master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration,or a related field.professional certifications (e.g., cpa, cma) are highly desirable.
*experience*: minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5years in a leadership role within a shared services environment.
*hard skills*:- in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- proficiency in process optimization, automation tools, and financial software (e.g., erp systemslike oracle and/or sap).
