We are a leading international freight forwarding company seeking a dynamic sales executive to join our team in guadalajara (zapopan). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships by offering integrated logistics solutions across air, ocean, and ground transportation services.
responsibilities
* sell freight forwarding services to new and existing clients.
* actively prospect daily through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation.
* conduct face-to-face meetings, attend industry trade shows and conferences.
* prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs and market conditions.
* develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue.
* maintain detailed and up-to-date account plans, sops and customer records.
* monitor and report kpis to both management and clients, ensuring service satisfaction.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in supply chain management, international business, or a related field.
* 3 years of successful proven sales experience in freight forwarding logistics (mainly ocean sales).
* self-motivated, with strong initiative and a drive to take on additional responsibilities.
* exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* proficient in microsoft office and windows-based applications.
* must be based in guadalajara.
