your contribution;
* work actively to manage and deliver hr shared services with responsibility for regional hr ssc located in europe/ americas/asia
* create shape of future regional ssc direction and strategy development in cooperation and alignment of regional hr responsible, global hr ssc head, ssc management team and centers of expertise
* coordinate middle and long-term goals of the regional ssc, develop and implement a strategy to achieve them
* responsible for employees within regional ssc. Create an environment where all employees are engaged and constantly learning
* perform a key role in leadership, coaching, driving engagement, diversity and mentoring efforts
* deliver slas/kpis and improve effectiveness, efficiency and quality of the operations for all hr processes each year
* ensure adherence to global and regional guidelines, processes and methodologies within the regional ssc
your experience & qualifications;
* academic degree or equivalent diploma in human resources, business, or related field
* min. 5 years of professional experience in the area of hr services including, managerial experience in ssc/bpo or hr operations
* experience in a global company (multi-sited) with exposure to leading edge hr practices
* experienced with success factors, peopledoc, sap hr and ticketing systems would be an advantage
* fluent english, additional language will be beneficial (e.g., german)
