about the role
we’re hiring business development representatives to join our new sales hub in guadalajara! This is your chance to get in early with a fast-growing us-based startup that’s changing how renters set up utilities—and helping property managers earn more in the process.
you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint across the u.s. by introducing our free, value-driven platform to property managers. If you're energetic, goal-driven, and love talking to people, this role is for you.
what you’ll be selling
we partner with property managers to:
* add a new revenue stream with no extra effort
* simplify tenant utility setup (electricity, internet, water, and more)
* offer a better move-in experience at no cost
it’s free to use, easy to implement, and aligned with their goals—making it a straightforward pitch.
what you’ll do
* make 75+ outbound calls daily to u.s. property management companies
* book qualified product demo calls with decision-makers
* follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and texts
* update activity and notes in hubspot crm
* learn and apply proven sales techniques in a fast-paced team environment

quirements
* outbound sales experience — preferably in cold calling or business development.
* strong, engaging personality — must be an extrovert who can hold natural conversations with clients
* ability to communicate with confidence, empathy, and enthusiasm over the phone.
* strong spoken and written english.
* coachable and eager to learn and grow.
* familiarity with crms (especially hubspot) is a plus.
* comfortable making ~75 outbound calls per day to book product demos.
* consultative approach — able to educate and advise rather than “hard sell” (product is free, so focus is on offering time).
compensation structure
* base salary: $1,500 usd/month
* bonus:
– $500 after 5 demos
– additional $500 after 10 demos
* commission: typically $1,000–$1,500/month
* ote: most bdrs earn ~$45,000/year; top reps hit $50k+

this is an in-office role based at wework midtown jalisco, guadalajara.
