About the Company:
Fueguia is a luxury brand specializing in the creation and production of perfumes. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & PR Coordinator to support the execution of operational and public relations strategies for our project in Mexico. This role is essential to ensure internal efficiency, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to strategic growth in the market.
The adecuado candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is equally comfortable preparing performance reports, supporting client engagement initiatives, and managing events with creativity and precision.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports, as well as additional reports requested by Headquarters.
- Oversee and manage the POS and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation quality, and strategic usage for client engagement.
- Assist in developing and implementing a clienteling program to foster long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty.
- Lead and coordinate the PR and events calendar, including strategic planning, logistics, and post-event evaluations.
- Grow the corporate gifting and partnerships program, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
- Strategically expand the commercial potential of the project in Mexico through market research, partnerships, and innovation.
- Oversee and support the opening of new retail locations, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, providing clear timelines, resource planning, and follow-up to ensure successful delivery.
- Supervise product orders and continuously improve operational processes in collaboration with the Local Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail operations, project management, CRM, and/or public relations (preferably in retail, luxury, or lifestyle sectors).
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Work Schedule :
- Full-time position (40 hours/week).
- Flexible work model: remote work with partial on-site presence as needed.
