*aim of the position*
support quality site manager to fulfill actions, requirements and practices that meet the true interpretation of the qms.
*roles*
- develop & assure quality culture on products and processes
- identify and implement effective process control systems to support the development, qualification, and on-going manufacturing of products to meet or exceed internal and external requirements
- ensuring that products are in accordance with customer requirements in terms of specifications and applicable documents
- facilitate and promote the use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective actions
- ensure performance & monitoring kpi’s related to quality processes
- monitor & implement corrective actions regarding audit results
- monitor & implement corrective actions regarding customer claims
- create fai (first article inspection)
- perform duties in accordance with quality system requirements as the voice of quality product
- take an active role in all qa associated communication including continuous improvement.
*dysfunction/anomalies management*
- controlling all documentation to ensure complaint deliveries
- reporting all issues detected within production process to quality department
- initiate and/or participate in 8d’s and 5 why’s analysis when dysfunction detected or non-conformances are declared
- provide technical and administrative support as required
- support and attend internal/external meetings as required
