Coordinates human resourcesactivities, such as recruitment and placement, training and development, payroll incidents, employee development services and benefit administration by performing the following duties personally or with assistant from ucc, wpp and spi staff. assist manager of hr on organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Prepare department reports and submits to hr manager, plant manager and/or dir. of hr.
Public relations work as directed to promote company.
Plan and coordinate staffing activities including: develop sources for qualified applicants, develop promotional material for recruiting, conduct screening interviews, perform applicant testing, evaluate applicant qualifications, extend job offers, and arrange for initial orientation and training for newly hired employees.
Develop and arrange advertisements in papers, internet, and other sources.
Conduct exit interviews and prepare separation notices and related documentation.
Prepare and distribute written and verbal information to inform employees of benefit programs, including notifying employees of changes.
Enroll new employees in benefit plans and provide benefits orientation.
New employee processing.
Assist in compensation management.
Perform separation processing, including exit interviews.
Review and verify the payroll.
Track employee attendance, including preparation of attendance warnings.
Prepares employee documentation as directed by plant manager.
Develop, manage and conduct companywide training plan and schedule based on knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures, or services.
Selects the appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, or computer based training.
Recommend and assist in organizing employee participation in internal and external education and training programs.
Provide guidance and recommendations for employee development to management.
Support for successful facilitation of all company safety policies and procedures.
Participate in company training seminars as offered.
Deployment of corporate projects related to hr.
Participate in in the analysis of the viability of hr corporate projects in mexico.
