Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading company to identify a Sales Manager for Central/Latin America.
- This role will report directly to the General Sales Head/CEO.
Location: Mexico city

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with global business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities in key markets within the region.
- Set and monitor sales targets for distributors, agents, and direct sales teams.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Launch new products tailored to regional preferences and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing to localize campaigns and promotional activities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalations.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in sales in a packaging company, handling juice/beverage and dairy companies as clients.
