"insurance product manager"
*role purpose*:
responsible for market trend analysis, product development, analysis, execution, implementation and monitoring of distributed damage products for wpb and generating strategies to control and increase sales.
*responsibilities*:
- development and management of approvals with committees and group of distributed products
- constant communication and relationship with the insurance business partner to guarantee product guidelines.
- participate in the development and improvement of products, validating that all the requirements established by the company in mexico and the group are met.
- adapt the products to the "wpb" distribution model dictated by the group.
- analyze information on manufactured products in order to support sales force improvements and meet product budgets
- establish a close, trusting, healthy, objective working relationship focused on obtaining the results of the aop both in sales volume and in the quality of our internal customers.
- supervise activities to achieve sales objectives with quality, seeking to generate a culture of talent development and continuous improvement, promoting internal and external teamwork.
- maintain hsbc's internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points along with any issues raised by external regulators.
