what you'll do
1. drive sales strategies to achieve agreed p&l targets.
2. define and steer sales and marketing plans, sales structures, key customers, channel concepts, and new business initiatives.
3. make strategic 3-5 year customer portfolio planning based on the country strategy.
4. conceptualize and execute programs and activities that drive the market, expand the customer base, and increase volume.
5. lead and coach the sales team, including hiring, talent development, training, and retention.
6. identify new market segments and target customers; improve sales at key accounts and develop the project pipeline.
7. develop top-to-top relationships with key regional customers and partners.
8. provide regular input into rolling forecasts, annual business plans, and long-term strategic plans.
9. contribute to resource planning to ensure target achievement and deliver kp osg and px% in the sub-region.
10. collaborate with product line management, manufacturing, and supply chain to optimize cost structures.
11. continuously drive the go-to-market model to use resources efficiently.
12. regularly review progress against targets and develop plans to address deviations.
