The supervisor de conductores de seguridad is an intermediate management position responsible for leading a team of employees to provide operations support services in coordination with the operations - core team. The role aims to ensure seamless delivery of services aligned with citi's infrastructure and processes.
responsibilities:
* lead and mentor a small operations support team (up to 10 members), delegate tasks, and recommend new procedures to streamline operations.
* conduct training, monitor team performance, and provide feedback, including recommendations for pay increases, promotions, or terminations.
* analyze operational data to solve problems and evaluate situations.
* identify and resolve routine operational issues within established procedures.
* determine staffing needs and serve as a backup for the manager when necessary.
* operate with limited supervision, exercise judgment, and act as sme to stakeholders and team members.
* manage teams effectively and ensure excellent client service metrics are met.
* assess risks in business decisions, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and escalate control issues appropriately.
qualifications:
* 2-5 years of relevant experience, including at least one year in supervision.
* proactive leadership, motivation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
education:
* bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
additional requirements include knowledge of microsoft office, experience in driving and security, and leadership skills in team management.
