Office Commercial Manager
Location: CDMX | Modality: On-site | Reports to: Regional Director
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Office Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations in Mexico. This role ensures execution of regional sales strategies, achievement of commercial goals, and strong relationships with industrial clients and distributors.
About the Company
Integral provider of industrial and technological equipment, including pumps, axial fans, ventilation systems, and fluid engineering solutions for sectors such as mining, sanitation, manufacturing, and energy.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute and adapt the regional commercial strategy to the Mexican market.
- Lead and support sales and advisory teams.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics, invoicing, and collections.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
- 6+ years of experience in industrial, metal-mechanic, or technology sectors.
- Proven experience leading B2B sales or distribution teams.
- Strong knowledge of consultative sales and forecasting.
- Advanced English and proficiency in Excel and CRM.
