Act as the single point of contact for dram engineering group for assigned products. Create and maintain engineering schedules for dram new product introduction (npi). Coordinate cross-functional meetings and facilitate communication between fab, design, and technology teams. Lead pre-silicon checklist completion to ensure successful first silicon execution. Develop demand plans to support validation and qualification activities. Collaborate with teams to meet product yield goals and ensure resource availability. Assist in debugging and resolving design or process-related failures. Work with system compatibility and test teams to ensure product readiness. Monitor yields and report product status to management. Inform planning and marketing about product availability and readiness. Drive strategic alignment between customer needs, product quality, and business goals. Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering (bsee/bsce), or master's degree (msee/mscs) or equivalent. 8+ years of experience in design/verification, product engineering or product development. Background in product, design, yield improvement, quality/reliability, or related engineering fields. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities (english). Comfortable leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. Experience managing engineering schedules and product cycles in semiconductor environments. Familiarity with dram architecture and npi processes. Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and resolve technical issues. Experience with customer qualification and ramp-up strategies. Ability to deliver clear, concise updates to executive stakeholders.
