this role is responsible foroverseeing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring productionefficiency, quality, and safety while driving continuousimprovement initiatives.
the plant manager will develop and executestrategies to optimize operational performance, manage budgets, andfoster a culture of collaboration and high performance.

responsibilities - ensureadherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations,promoting a strong safety culture.
- lead all plant operations,including production, quality, safety, supply chain, andmaintenance to ensure efficiency and compliance with companystandards.
- develop and implement strategic initiatives to driveoperational excellence, productivity, and cost optimization.
-oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control,and resource allocation.
- lead and develop a high-performing team,providing mentorship and fostering a culture of accountability andengagement.
- partner with cross-functional teams, including supplychain, engineering, hr, and quality, to ensure seamless operations.- maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, andregulatory agencies to support business objectives.
- analyze keyperformance indicators (kpis) and implement corrective actions asneeded.
- production coordination with scheduling, purchasing,logistics and maintenance to ensure smooth operation and compliancewith volume commitments.
- supervision of quality managementsystems to ensure compliance with standards, objectives and goals.qualifications - 7+ years of management experience working in nylonor similar textile operations - bachelor's degree in engineering,business administration, manufacturing, or a related field.

- ability to communicate effectively inboth english and spanish.
