we are inviting applications for the role of senior consultant - commercial agreements auditor.
in this role, you will be responsible for detecting, collecting, and reporting missing revenue from improperly collected commercial agreements or from the accounts payable process, as well as identifying and implementing new audit projects.
responsibilities
* analyzing databases and emails to detect inconsistencies in the payment and collection process of commercial agreements, negotiations, invoices, and credits.
* capturing findings in spreadsheets for claims to be sent to the supplier, setting expectations for resolution times.
* collaborating and negotiating with suppliers or buyers via emails and video calls to clarify doubts and reach a consensus.
* leading sessions with client business units to gather information and/or escalate issues through the leadership team and/or client.
* capturing findings in the pending collections log and providing necessary follow-up for resolution.
* generating business performance indicator reports.
* identifying and leading the implementation of new audits.
* executing quality reviews and posting accounting adjustments.
* managing the resolution of supplier and commercial inquiries regarding applied collections.
qualifications we seek in you!
minimum qualifications
* technical degree and/or student in administration, accounting, business, engineering, or a related field.
* basic sap knowledge.
* basic excel knowledge.
* experience in conflict resolution and payment or debt analysis.
* experience dealing with clients, suppliers, or buyers.
preferred qualifications/skills
* experience reviewing commercial contracts.
* experience collecting debts.
* experience in accounting.
