This is a functional, execution-driven role focused on business analysis and implementation. Analyze, map, and optimize crm-related workflows aligned to organizational objectives. Participate in defining implementation strategies and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams with minimal supervision. Prepare and validate functional documentation, solution designs, implementation deliverables, project charters, and wbs documentation. Coordinate with technical, product, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution. Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure clarity and accountability across teams to drive successful delivery. Support rfi, rfq, and rfp processes from an implementation and solution architecture perspective.requirements10+ years of experience in business analysis and crm implementations is mandatory. Proven hands-on crm implementation experience within product companies or as the customer-side implementation owner is required. Advanced english proficiency is mandatory, with strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management, presentations, and cross-team collaboration. Strong understanding of cloud-based business applications and enterprise implementation methodologies. Solid knowledge of apis, system integrations, data migration, and technical architecture concepts. Experience participating in structured enterprise procurement processes such as rfi, rfq, and rfp. Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve stakeholder conflicts while driving clarity and execution across cross-functional teams.
