votre mission
lead and develop a team of medical sales representatives in compliance with regulations:
- draw up and follow an action plan in accordance with the defined strategy, then optimize and manage the targeting, planning and frequency of sales visits. Support your team members to ensure the quality and conformity of scientific information passed on to healthcare professionals
- supervise the organization of postgraduate studies, congresses or professional relations according to the legislation in force (dmos and charter) and in compliance with internal procedures and allocated budgets. Maintain good relations with regional kols
- ensure that feedback from the field reaches head office: regulatory and product environment monitoring, medical matters (medical info, quality, vigilance)
- analyze local data and identify levers to improve targeting and optimize regional performance
- develop and monitor the regional budget and performance indicators
- lead and supervise the team. Develop skills and manage performance, both individually and collectively
