Job description:
our organization is seeking a highly skilled asset resolution analyst to manage and monitor a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio, including reo. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
the analyst will also liaise with in-house and outside attorneys, collection agencies, and other vendors that support the loss mitigation effort. This role requires excellent oral and written communication skills in english, as resumes must be submitted in this language.
