Follow up on customer notifications, complains and warranties, responding in a timely manner.
Coordinate the verification of corrective, preventive or improvement actions established in this area throught the personal in charge.
Actively participate in the development and monitoring of apqp and new projects.
Develop work plans for the group in charge and review performance metrics established by management on a weekly basis.
Experiência y requisitos
3 to 5 years in manufacturing engineering, quality or similar positions.
Experience in industrial tooling and general knowledge of the automotive industry.
Experience in engineering changes, team coordination and management of high scope projects.
Statistical tools for data analysis and problem solving.
