responsibilities
* the blades team will be responsible for special tasks related to blades.
* this includes, but is not limited to:
* supporting blades maintenance processes on site, including inspection, preventive, and corrective activities.
* collaborating with the blades technology department to assess repair complexity and determine reparation processes.
* performing onsite repairs according to internal maintenance procedures.
* confirming process control and reporting from the site.
* executing actions based on written and/or verbal instructions.
* championing safety processes on site and providing safety recommendations to management.
* having strong customer-facing skills to identify complex inquiries and direct them to a customer relation engineer.
* demonstrating integrity, strong initiative, work ethic, and a focus on safety and quality.
* contributing to a team environment, assisting colleagues to achieve goals.
* proactively seeking improvement opportunities and communicating them appropriately.
* ability to climb ladders from 45 to 105 meters in height.
* comfort working at heights over 100 meters.
* providing onsite training to technicians for basic repairs.
* supervising blade subcontractor teams when applicable.
* monitoring and communicating material consumption during activities.
qualifications
* technical degree (engineering) preferred or equivalent technical experience.
* over 3 years experience in wind turbine service/management, with at least 2 years in blade repair.
* computer skills.
* basic english proficiency for documentation and communication.
* knowledge of industrial safety practices.
* ability to work at heights and in adverse weather conditions.
* rope access training (level 1 or 2) preferred (irata or sprat).
* valid driver’s license.

* organizational skills for managing personnel and projects.
* strong communication skills.
* multidiscipline knowledge, including mechanical and electrical systems.
* basic knowledge of microsoft office.
* international labor flexibility and availability, with travel up to 90%.
* self-motivation.
* ability to work remotely away from management.
