Responsibilities and duties

building and developing a deep understanding of sem's strategic issues, initiatives and the competitive position
- participating in the measurement plan development and execution
- ensuring timely follow through on all scheduled and ad hoc deliverables
- generating and communicating clear and actionable insights
- identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes
- presenting reports to sem on a regular basis
- managing cross-functional day-to-day tasks, ensuring understanding of proper priorities

based on psi and market trend, set monthly promoter target

identify growth opportunities and " spiff " plans to achieve it

collaborate with cheil 's operation team in order to aligned the strategy goals with the ff

monitor and analyze ce performance, use data and analysis to measure the success of retail marketing strategies
qualifications

minimum experience of 4 years in market research, strategy, planning, bi.
- business solution oriented
- minimum 3 year of experience managing teams
- advanced skills in excel and powerpoint
- strategic thinking with a strong analytical capability
- result oriented, focused in details and capable to adapt to new situations or environments.
- ability to solve problems and complex issues
- excellent ability to communicate, influence, persuade and negotiate with different teams and stakeholders
- bachelor's degree in marketing / admin-economics
- power bi and / or others visualization platforms
