We focus on creating a collaborative work environment through the development of our employees.role purposeprovide end-to-end support to the sales team by managing order flow, customer communication, and coordinating activities related to product development and approval processes, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.key responsibilities- manage the full sales order cycle, from order entry to final delivery - follow up on product development projects (r&d), including sample requests, testing, and customer approvals - track the status of products under development, including validations and commercial release timelines - maintain close communication with customers regarding progress, lead times, and product specifications - support the management and documentation of technical and commercial information (technical data sheets, specifications, product changes, etc.) - prepare sales reports, forecasts, and kpi tracking for the commercial team - identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and order flow efficiency - ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements throughout all stagesrequirements- bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field - 1–3 years of experience in customer service, technical sales, or manufacturing environments - experience working cross-functionally with technical teams (r&d, production, quality) - intermediate to advanced english (required) - intermediate to advanced excel skills - strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-upwhat we offer- professional growth in a global company - exposure to technical and commercial projects - competitive benefits package - collaborative and performance-driven culture
