responsibilitiesteam leadership:lead and coach a high-performance team of brand managers, fostering a strong culture of brand building and talent growth within the marketing organization.strategic planning:set the tone when deploying brand plans and activities throughout the year, leading the development and execution of long-range strategic plans and integrated portfolio management to deliver sustainable growth and business ambitions.portfolio and p&l management:own the portfolio p&l and budget management, collaborating with finance and sales to develop pricing, resource allocation, and route-to-market strategies that maximize roi.brand advocacy:act as the primary brand champion, influencing local, regional, and global stakeholders to align on strategies, localization efforts, and commercial objectives.innovation and execution:direct end-to-end new product development (npd) launches and oversee implementation of all brand and channel activations in partnership with agencies and customer marketing.consumer insights:translate market data and business analytics into actionable insights to drive brand strategy, inform forecasting, and foster a test and learn mindset for continuous improvement.agency management:govern the development of communication platforms and manage relationships with local partner agencies to ensure culturally relevant and engaging consumer experiences.qualificationsminimum 7 years of progressive experience in brand management, with at least 4 years in a senior or portfolio leadership role.proven experience developing annual brand plans, managing a p&l, and executing commercial and pricing strategies to drive growth, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry.experience leading and developing others, with a history of managing two or more direct reports.strong analytical skills with experience translating complex market and consumer data into actionable business insights.full professional fluency in both written and spoken english.education: masters degree (m.a., mba, or equivalent).
