dar cumplimiento a las políticas y procedimientos contables de corporativo de acuerdo con las leyes fiscales y normas de contabilidad, las actividades financieras y sistemas de información para asegurar el total cumplimiento de control interno, actividades y reportes en tiempo y precisión.
*key responsibilities*:
*obligaciones y responsabilidades esenciales*
- dar cumplimiento a los procedimientos y políticas de auditoría interna y externa.
- responsable del inventario de activo fijo en los sitios de juarez méxico.
- efectuar los procesos en relación con la preparación y/o revisión del aspecto contable de activo fijo (méxico) como parte del cumplimiento a la ley fiscal.
- responsable de controles internos y reportes mensuales y de cierre de cuarto.
- implementación de control interno de activos fijos (inventario físico, recepción, destrucción / disposición).
- conciliación de activos fijos de libros contables contra listados de inventarios físico de activos.
- conciliación de activos fijos contra pedimentos y/o facturas.
- integración de soporte documental de cada proyecto de manera electrónica (factura, pedimento, fotografías, localización física, numero de tag, etc. etc.)
- mantener el módulo de activos fijos actualizado en sap.
- mantener estrecha relación con el departamento de aduanas, almacén (recibos) y compras.

- +2 años de experiência en posición similar.
- manejo de ms-office (excel, word y power point).
- manejo de sistema sap.
