As a sr. Brand manager - vynil paints, you will oversee the marketing strategy and plans for vinyl paints. You will report to grouper marketing manager and it is based in tultitlan, estate of mexico #li-remote.
*key responsibilities*
- responsible for the marketing strategy for the vinyl portfolio that represents 42% of total invoicing.
- lead segmented communication strategy for different audiences with specialized messages distributed in atl, btl and digital media.
- mapping and improvement of the customer journey, understanding the different points of contact of final consumer, professional b2b and medium-volume clients.
- strategies for the best understanding of tendencies, markets, competency analysis.
- manage different projects such as: generation of tools that help improve processes, linkage with strategic areas, end-to-end product launches, sustainability, among others.
- responsible for the marketing business plan development of the brand including budget and people management.
- ensure the accomplishment of kpi´s such as sales and profitability
- in charge of the implementation of campaigns such as regalon, color and fin de año ensuring numerical basis, discounts and following up of agencies for their respective successful running.
- creative processes: be involved in what is happening in the marketing, studying the competency companies and listening to the final consumer, evaluate product development hand in hand with technical and innovation departments.
*qualifications*
- bachelor´s degree in marketing or studies related to this field
- desirable master or specialty in marketing field
- 8+ years of experience in activities mentioned above in marketing and commercial responsibilities
- english speaker at fluid level for a weekly follow up with global teams
- skills: strategical thinking, communication, teamwork, proactive, conflicts resolution, energy and hands-on.
