job summary:
this role supports the semi product organization and performs the daily activities of proactive ship and debit renewal and releasing zke1 and zor pricing block orders.
principal responsibilities:
* may provide quote preparation, backlog processing, and/or other such support to product team members.
* may identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.
* ensures that good supplier relations are maintained and claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively.
* maintains and updates electronic and/or hard copy records as required.
* other duties as assigned.

* acquired and applies working knowledge of the organization, job, practices and procedures to be proficient in all aspects of the job.
* performs functions semi-routine in nature and recognizes the need for occasional alternative solutions.

* may require fluency in more than one language.
