* minimum of 4 years of experience working in multinational retail companies and/or customs, or coming from a big 4 accounting firm, accustomed to working regionally.
* expert in the accounting field.
* audit knowledge is desirable.
* experience in accounting reconciliations, mainly cash collections at points of sale and customs, banks, accounts receivable, revenue, and trend analysis.
* experience handling large databases.
* detail-oriented with strong analytical and supervisory skills.
* knowledge in documenting and analyzing processes.
* ability to prepare presentations, dashboards, and trend reports for senior management.
academic background
* certified public accountant.
* economist or administrator with strong accounting knowledge.
english level
* advanced english — c1.
erp or specific software experience
* advanced knowledge of alteryx, ai tools, power bi, data modeling or power query.
* advanced excel, including macros.
* oracle — desirable.
* visio — desirable.
* process documentation.
* leadership seminar — desirable.
