job description
* reconcile accounts payable ledgers
* assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
* collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues
* process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
* ensure compliance with company policies and local tax regulations
* collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice or payment issues
* contribute to the improvement of accounts payable processes and procedures
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
* intermediate english
* experience:
o in accounts payable or related accounting role
* knowledge:
o in accounting software sap
o advanced excel
o of accounting principles and accounts payable best practices
o mexican tax regulations and financial reporting standards
* abilities:
o strong analytical
o problem-solving
o excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
o manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
o communication skills
