we are actively hiring cpas and non-cpas with extensive accounting backgrounds to join our growing remote team supporting u.s.-based clients across various industries. Whether you're a highly analytical staff accountant, a detail-oriented a/p specialist, or a seasoned cpa, we want to hear from you.
you will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and compliant financial services while collaborating with clients in fast-paced environments. This is a great opportunity for accounting professionals who are tech-savvy, dependable, and excited to work with reputable clients in the u.s.
open roles:
1. Staff accountant
* assist with general ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliations
* help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
* support audits and year-end closings
* industry knowledge in real estate, hoa, or construction is a plus
2. Accounts payable (a/p) specialist
* manage full-cycle a/p: invoice processing, po matching, and vendor payments
* maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
* reconcile a/p transactions and ensure timely and accurate payments
* collaborate with procurement and finance teams
* experience with u.s. accounting systems preferred
3. Senior cpa
* lead month-end and year-end closings for multiple clients
* oversee full accounting cycle and team workflows
* conduct tax planning and filing (individual, corporate, partnership returns)
* provide financial analysis and advisory support
* ensure gaap compliance and provide audit support
* proven ability to work directly with u.s. clients and senior stakeholders
general qualifications:
* cpa licensure (for senior cpa role); strong accounting background for non-cpa roles
* minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
* proficient in quickbooks, xero, netsuite, or similar u.s. accounting software
* strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* excellent written and verbal english communication skills
* experience with u.s. Gaap and financial reporting standards
* highly organized, proactive, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
* reliable internet and remote-ready workstation
nice to have:
* experience working with u.s. clients or firms
* background in hoas, construction, or property management accounting
* familiarity with project-based accounting or job costing
