casa drea is seeking a highly creative, culture-forward digital graphic designer to help shape the visual voice of our agency and client brands. You'll be responsible for designing across social, web, campaign, and presentation formats — with a strong eye for culture, typography, layout, and digital storytelling.

You'll collaborate closely with the ceo, social team, and influencer manager — helping bring every campaign and content moment to life with design that connects. Creative execution + brand design
design digital assets for social, paid ads, web banners, emails, decks, and moodboards across multiple accounts
apply brand identity with consistency while pushing creative direction forward
illustrate custom assets, icons, and creative treatments that elevate everyday content
support campaign creative from concept to launch — including mockups, ig story frames, and packaging design
work efficiently across multiple deadlines with shifting priorities
culture-led visual storytelling
stay plugged into visual trends, cultural moments, and creative references in fashion, sport, and youth culture
bring new creative ideas to the table — from layout styles to design references
work closely with the ceo, creative director, and digital team to support day-to-day content and larger seasonal campaigns
align design deliverables with social and influencer timelines
2–4 years of experience in digital design (agency, brand, or freelance)
~ proficient in adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign); familiarity with figma and canva is a plus
~ comfortable designing within brand guidelines while bringing newness and originality
~ illustration skills a major plus (vector, hand-drawn, or digital collage)
~ culturally fluent — understands what's driving design trends and conversations across fashion, sport, and digital culture
~ bilingual (spanish & english) preferred
