establish a culture of continuous improvement through the identification of improvement opportunities, participating in their implementation through kaizen workshops, improvement projects, and continuously contributing to the enhancement of all organizational processes.

* design layouts and process flows to optimize plant resources.
* participate in the implementation of kaizen workshops within the company.
* contribute to and execute improvement project activities.
* follow up on the 5s program within the organization.
* provide training to new and current employees on lean & innovation systems.
* contribute to improving process flows (safety and environmental aspects).
