Responsibilities:- analysis of compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan- ensure salaries and benefits comply with internal range established and regional market- identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees- renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs- evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs- track compensation and benefits benchmarking data- keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans- update human resources information systems, including system modules - compensation, benefits, open enrollment, life events, recruiting, onboarding, talent management, etc.- develop and monitor dashboards, metrics, automated data feeds and reportingrequirements:- bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related, master's degree preferred.- 5+ years in hris management- 2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration- automotive industry or related industry a plus- working understanding of talent management systems
