Responsibilities:
- analysis of compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan
- ensure salaries and benefits comply with internal range established and regional market
- identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
- renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs
- evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
- track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
- keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
- update human resources information systems, including system modules - compensation, benefits, open enrollment, life events, recruiting, onboarding, talent management, etc.
- develop and monitor dashboards, metrics, automated data feeds and reporting
requirements:
- bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related, master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years in hris management
- 2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
- automotive industry or related industry a plus
- working understanding of talent management systems
