 
        Summary of position: this is a part-time, remote support role based in mexico city or estado de méxico. The position assists with administrative, logistics, and international trade operations for a distribution team. Morning availability (8 am to 1 pm) is preferred. The role will begin as half-time with potential to grow into a full-time position. Initial training will be provided by the current operations team member, and responsibilities may evolve over time. Main duties & responsibilities: - provide administrative and operational support for daily logistics and internal coordination - manage and track shipments, assist with documentation, and communicate with freight providers - support import/export documentation and compliance tasks - handle data entry, order processing, invoicing, and internal communication - work collaboratively with the operations lead and gradually assume more independent responsibilities key skills: - strong organizational and communication skills - proficient in microsoft office (especially excel); google workspace familiarity is a plus - basic understanding of logistics or international trade processes educational & other requirements: - must live in mexico city or estado de méxico (remote) - must be proficient in english (spoken and written) - prior experience in logistics, administrative support, or supply chain is preferred but not required - comfortable working independently and remotely with a high level of reliability schedule & compensation: - part-time: 8 am to 1 pm, monday to friday - monthly salary: mxn $12,000 to $15,000 gross with full legal benefits - may transition to full-time based on performance and business needs j-18808-ljbffr
