- *bidding and project implementation*:- execute bidding and procurement projects, including the preparation of bidding documents and the organization and implementation of bidding reviews.
- *project participation*:- act as the procurement representative in project supply chain meetings.
- follow up on project progress, ensure project delivery, and coordinate between procurement and sales.
- *market analysis*:- track changes in market prices and technical trends to enhance product quality and reduce procurement costs.
- *supplier relationship management*:- establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
- manage procurement and manufacturing costs effectively, providing guidance on project hardware solutions and selection strategies.
- *internal procurement management*:- implement and manage internal procurement processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
*requirements*:- over 5 years of experience as a purchasing supervisor.
- more than 3 years of experience in the printing and packaging industries.
- fluency in english and spanish, both usable as working languages.
- proficient in sap operations.
- strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management.
- ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions to optimize procurement processes.
