*responsibilities*:
the multimedia content sr art coordinator is in charge of the creation, development, direction, and reviewing of the multimedia content and creative versioning of existing materials for frito-lay north america portfolio of brands to meet customer/consumer needs.
the multimedia content sr art coordinator have strong skills in design, art direction, web site design, storytelling, edition, motion and have to be detailed oriented.
a successful designer must have a proficient level of understanding and functional capability in software designed for creation of graphics and designs from scratch for online and offline platforms, ability to edit and manipulate creative.
you will also participate in brainstorming and creative brand strategy sessions including ideation of consumer programs, long term campaigns, content creation and development.
the multimedia content sr art coordinator will work closely with the brand and dx teams to find different opportunities on how to bring work from external partners to the gbs content in-house team.
- work in the conception of creative visual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated.
- create compelling animated content visuals for desktop, electronic devices, web programs, smartphones, ooh, mobile platforms and point of sale.
- frameworking and design of web sites according to the ask of each project and platform to be developed in.
- generate fresh, new and innovative motion graphics within brand and design standards to support all distribution channels, social media and marketing initiatives.
- adaptation and adjustments of existing creatives for: sizzle videos, animated banner ads, animated digital assets and social media formats as stories.
- ability to build motion design and concepts when needed.
- determine how best to represent a brand concept visually, specifically regarding graphic design and motion graphics.
- be a brand guarding, following brand guidelines closely.
- have the ability to take control of projects and work independently as well as in team.
- detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last minute requests and adapt to changes on business trends.
- present projects to clients for approval if needed.
- high aptitude to learn new things and sense of urgency to get things done.
qualifications:
- bachelor's degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, interactive design, motion design, animation, web design & development, etc.)
- +5 years of agency creative experience in creative, graphic design, motion, animation and video editing.
- experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments
- language proficiency both in english and spanish is a must for this role (fluent english communication skills are compulsory).
- experience in cpg a plus
- ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and account teams
- an online portfolio showing a variety of digitial, motions, animation, video edit, multi-platform, standout work is a must.
- proficiency in photoshop, illustrator, after effects, premier, dreamweaver, web-based website builder software or above.
- knwoledge of web design for desktop/mobile formats and terminology.
- knowledge of social and video aspect ratios.
- previous experience managing direct reports.
- strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
- presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision maki
