the contitech innovation & business modeling
(ct- ibm analyst) is responsible to develop problem-framing approaches, establishing new starting points that lead to new kinds of solutions, which challenge the status quo.
the ct - ibm analyst will be involved and contribute to the innovation process; engaging with product teams, both locally and globally, to co-create-contribute to innovation ideas and execute on them.
(1) drive and facilitate the co-creation workshops across functions, user studies and insight workshops.
(2) serve as primary design consultant and serve as central point -of-contact for creative team, partners and decision makers.
(3) create design products to promote innovation activities
(4) defining business cases, use cases, design the experience and building proof of concepts.
(5) advocate the innovation culture to organize innovation events (activities across contitech organization)
(7) discover and pilot innovation methodologies aligned to the innovation process
(8) share innovation know-how, perform trainings and create training material
*qualifications*:
- bachelor's degree in businessor any related with probable experience on innovation and/or entrepreneurship projects.
- experience in facilitating innovation workshops using design thinking methods or similar.
- experience in developing consumer-facing products

- fluent communication in english.
- creative thinker passionate for innovation
- storytelling and amazing visual communication skills
- strong communication and pitching skills.
- skillful in senior level stakeholders' communications to get buy-in
- skillful in leading and initiating innovation activities
- ability to engage product teams, both locally and globally, to co-create-contribute to innovation ideas and execute on them.
- deep understanding of digital technologies and collaboration ecosystems (mural, miro, sketch, etc.)
- hands-on prototyping skills including use case / business case definition and prototype building.
- skillful to analyze qualitative insights
