Key responsibilities
* performs technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames
* participates in projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency
* trains new personnel to standard operating procedures
* maintains and ensures confidentiality of information/ materials
* takes initiative to identify and propose remedies to problems
* gives periodic status reports in written and verbal formats
* interacts with others at same level, and one level above, to ensure continuity and efficiency
experiences/education - required
* high school diploma/ged, or equivalent experience
* beginning job content knowledge
* associates or bachelors degree
* successful track record of performance in previous work experiences
