The Partnerships Coordinator supports the USA, OTAs, and Canada Partnerships Team in daily commercial and administrative operations. This role ensures accuracy and efficiency in pricing distribution, partner offer loading, and OTA content management, while maintaining close communication with Finance, Operations, and commercial teams.
By working closely with internal departments and travel partners, this position contributes to strengthening strategic commercial relationships, ensuring accurate market representation, and enhancing the partner experience through seamless coordination and follow through.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry (Reservations or Finance departments preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and self driven.
- English proficiency preferred.
Desirable
- Experience managing OTA extranets or partner portals.
- Knowledge of rate distribution, promotions, and content accuracy processes.
- Familiarity working with cross functional corporate teams.
- Previous multinational or hotel corporate office experience.
