Client Support Executive
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage account applications, handle client communications, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and progress account applications to full sign-off according to internal procedures.
* Proactively request and verify client ID and proof of address documentation.
* Translate documentation as needed and liaise with KYC teams to expedite approvals.
* Handle client queries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
* Maintain clear communication with Operations, Account Management, and Business Development teams regarding key client updates.
* Efficiently manage workflow in the CRM, balancing independent tasks with team objectives.
* Adapt communication across multiple platforms with cultural awareness and professionalism.
Requirements
* Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
* Experience with CRM systems and client account management is a plus.
