With 25+ team members and operations across multiple states, they're scaling a network of 24/7 self-service markets inside luxury residential buildings — blending family-business values with startup innovation.your roleyou'll serve as the operational backbone and trusted assistant to two founders, ensuring their time, tasks, and communication flow smoothly. This role blends executive support, project coordination, and personal assistance — ideal for someone who thrives on variety and precision.you'll:manage calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day prioritiesmaintain a personal crm and strengthen key relationshipssend thoughtful gifts for birthdays, holidays, and milestonesconduct product, vendor, and travel researchprepare and redesign presentations and documentscoordinate travel, lodging, and dining reservationstrack goals and serve as an accountability partnersupport ongoing projects that keep founders focused and efficientyou bring:exceptional organization and attention to detailstrong written and verbal english communicationproactive, resourceful problem-solving mindsetwarm, service-oriented personality and discretiontech-savvy, comfortable with productivity tools and systemsreliable high-speed internet (50 mbps+) and a quiet home workspaceavailability monday–friday, 8 am–5 pm estwhat's offered: $1,400–$2,200 usd/month, based on experience full-time, steady hours (8 am–5 pm est) 100% remote role, open to candidates in latin america long-term collaboration with proven founders exposure to startup growth, leadership, and systems thinking a role with visible, meaningful impact every dayinterview process intro chat (atomic hr) – 20-minute conversation on fit and goals skills & writing assessment – short task to show how you think and communicate ops manager interview (1) – real-world scenarios and collaboration style ops manager interview (2) – deep dive into problem-solving and structure founders interview – conversation on working style and expectations
