we are looking for an ai & machine learning insights analyst to serve as the strategic bridge between data science, machine learning, ai teams, and business stakeholders.
in this role, you won't be responsible for building ml models, but you will be expected to deeply understand how they work, how they are evaluated, and how their outputs can be transformed into actionable business recommendations.

key responsibilities ai & machine learning translation for business translate machine learning and ai model outputs into clear, actionable business recommendations.
interpret predictive, classification, and nlp model results and communicate their business implications to executive and non-technical audiences.
explain complex ml concepts and metrics such as precision, recall, auc-roc, shap values, model drift, and feature importance in an accessible manner.
partner with data scientists and ml engineers during model review sessions to validate business relevance and impact.
create executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards that connect technical findings to business outcomes.
data analysis & insights generation develop advanced sql queries and python-based analyses to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
perform exploratory data analysis (eda) to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and potential ai use cases.
utilize databricks for data exploration, kpi validation, ad hoc analysis, and business intelligence initiatives.
investigate data lineage, governance structures, and metric definitions to ensure consistency and trustworthiness of insights.
design, build, and maintain strategic dashboards that track business kpis and machine learning model performance in production.
ai strategy & business consulting act as a trusted advisor to business teams seeking to leverage ai and machine learning capabilities.
evaluate ai/ml opportunities, helping stakeholders prioritize initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to define success metrics and kpis for ai-driven initiatives.
drive adoption of ai best practices across the organization through education, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
data governance & analytical excellence ensure data integrity, consistency, traceability, and governance across reporting and analytics solutions.
contribute to the definition and implementation of analytical documentation standards and best practices.
promote transparency and trust in ai-driven decision-making through robust reporting frameworks and governance processes.
must-have skills experience & education bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, business analytics, or a related field.
6+ years of experience as a data analyst, business intelligence analyst, analytics consultant, ai analyst, or similar role.
advanced/professional english proficiency (written, verbal, and presentation skills).
technical skills expert-level sql skills, including: complex joins ctes window functions query optimization performance tuning advanced python proficiency, including: pandas num py data visualization libraries basic understanding of scikit-learn workflows hands-on experience with databricks, databricks sql, and notebooks for analytical workflows.
expert experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using power bi, tableau, looker, or similar bi platforms.
strong understanding of data governance, data lineage, and kpi management.
machine learning & ai understanding advanced knowledge of machine learning concepts and model evaluation methodologies.
ability to interpret and explain: precision recall f1 score auc-roc shap values model drift feature importance experience working closely with data science, analytics, or ai teams.
understanding of predictive analytics, classification models, nlp solutions, and production ai systems.
