santander is hiring a process engineering manager in santa fe cdmx.
responsabilidades
analyze, document and redesign processes using continuous improvement methodologies (lean, six sigma or similar).
use celonis to perform process mining analysis, identify deviations, bottlenecks and data-driven optimization opportunities.
design and implement flows in appian, modeling state machines to ensure control, traceability and proper orchestration of complex processes.
develop digital solutions with power apps, power automate and power platform.
integrate solutions with ai tools or models for intelligent automation and advanced analytics.
work under agile frameworks (scrum, kanban or safe), participating in ceremonies, user story definition, backlog and incremental delivery.
translate analytical findings into concrete automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
define and monitor operational kpis and efficiency metrics.
collaborate with business and technology areas in multidisciplinary environments.

experiencia profesional
3 years as a process engineering specialist
certifications in appian, celonis, microsoft power platform or agile (scrum) (desirable)
experience in automation (rpa) (mandatory)
experience in the financial sector (desirable)
knowledge of data governance and information security (mandatory)
educación
industrial engineering, systems, computer science or related field.
habilidades técnicas
process analysis and redesign.
experience with celonis (process mining) (mandatory)
knowledge of developing and configuring processes in appian, including state machine modeling.
development of solutions with power apps and power platform.
implementation or integration of artificial intelligence solutions.
experience working under agile methodologies.
