key responsibilities
 * manage a team of designers and provide strategy, project management, design feedback, performance evaluation, and escalation handling.
 * conduct weekly meetings with clients to assess their needs, provide feedback, and support career development.
 * collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, understand business objectives, and address client issues.
 * lead creative direction engagements transforming paid or organic marketing channels with deliverables like content calendars, creative briefs, and strategic proposals.
qualifications & skills
 * 3-6+ years of senior-level design experience with at least 1 year of people management preferred.
 * digital portfolio showcasing web design, marketing design, and branding skills.
 * self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented with strong ownership.
 * experience using ai tools to power client-ready assets and workflows.
