principal accountabilities
in addition to the following epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
develop and execute the digital strategy for retail.com, aligned with business objectives.
manage relationships with key marketplaces and d2c platform providers to maximize visibility and sales.
collaborate closely with our d2c provider and the marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize product listing strategies, pricing, and promotional campaigns across digital channels.
use analytical tools such as google analytics to monitor sales performance, market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
implement and optimize crm systems and ecommerce platforms to increase product visibility and drive traffic to our online offerings.
monitor and report key metrics such as conversion rates, roi, and acquisition costs to measure the effectiveness of digital sales initiatives.
principal requirements
experience as an account manager managing retail.com accounts.
experience managing online marketplaces and d2c ecommerce platforms such as shopify, woocommerce, vtex, magento, etc.
experience using analytics platforms such as google analytics to analyze sales data and online performance metrics to generate data-driven insights.
experience implementing and optimizing crm tools (salesforce, hubspot) to manage interactions and automate sales processes.
knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools including seo, sem, social media advertising, among others.
experience with ecommerce logistics, inventory management, and order processing.
minimum experience requirements
c - requires experience at an intermediate level (5-8 years)
education
e - completion of an undergraduate program required (b.a. or b.s.).
