the strategic planning analyst will be responsible for strategic planning, data analysis, and supporting decision-making processes.
define and track annual objectives across business areas, ensuring measurable progress.
conduct profitability analyses by business unit or project to guide strategic decisions.
evaluate projects and ensure alignment with the company's business plan and goals.
identify and assess new regions and markets with growth potential.
support m&a activities, including opportunity scouting and ongoing follow-up.
measure and monitor market share evolution across business units.
perform competitive mapping and analyze market trends to strengthen positioning.
support the development and execution of corporate strategies.
conduct benchmark studies on innovation and emerging technologies in the energy sector.
qualifications
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
communication and presentation skills
proficiency with relevant software and tools, such as microsoft excel, powerpoint, and data visualization tools
bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, industrial engineering or a related field
fluency in both spanish and english
