as a research analyst, you will primarily be responsible for executing market research that lives up to our reputation as leaders in tech-led innovation.
you will be capable of using the methods, platforms, and ways of thinking that the business prioritizes.a research analyst takes day-to-day responsibility for coordinating and delivering project work, with a key focus on exemplary material design, preparation and organization of materials for successful fieldwork, analysis of insights (both qual and quant), and writing exceptional client deliverables and/or proposals.
you can execute these tasks confidently and independently with minimal support from a director (unless working on particularly complex projects).

you will be responsible for but not limited to:

confidently manages key aspects of projects with minimal support, including but not limited to:
o writes high quality proposals, building on project team input/direction, that require minimal changes
o consistently produces high quality first drafts of research materials (screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires, presentations etc.)
with the support of the project lead
o sets us up for successful fieldwork by writing moderator briefing decks; builds/programs, reviews and analyzes pre-work tasks during fieldwork
o conducts data analysis efficiently and accurately, including thorough note-taking on interviews (qual)
o ensures ae/pqc reports are submitted in a timely manner during fieldwork
o confidently writes exceptional research reports (in english, both qual and quant) that answer the client's key business questions clearly and succinctly, creating compelling story-led decks with strong data visualization
o helps answer client/team questions in real time during debriefs
o works with others or independently to create enhanced deliverables, such as videoclip montages, genai videos, interactive infographics, etc.
