- we are looking for a business development lead that will manage a team of commercial leaders and develop strong relationships with key clients in the food and beverage industry. This will a key position as leader of leaders, engaging with ops team to create commercial strategies and achieve exceptional growth.
role responsibilities:
- leading a successful team of business development managers to deliver exceptional performance results and customer service that exceeds expectations.
- enabling operational teams (business developers) to achieve the highest standards in execution and to develop and maintain strong business relationships with top customers.
- co-developing commercial propositions for different types of customers, based on deep business insights.
- understanding consumer behavior to gain insights and translating them into actionable plans.
- ensuring the successful execution of commercial plans.
role qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the commercial area with solid experience in key account management and/or consultative selling.
- at least 5 years of experience managing teams (manager of managers).
- strategic and data-driven thinking.
- able to bring solutions to complex problems.
- fluent in english.
